1. Who we are

SoftWiz Circle builds affordable cloud software and digital platforms for SMEs, MSMEs, artists, and local service providers. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to SoftWiz Circle. You can reach us at softwizadmin@softwizcircle.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to this marketing website, www.softwizcircle.com. Our individual products (such as KalaCraftWorks, SoftwizWorks, BookYourPlots, and others listed on our products page) are separate applications with their own accounts, data, and privacy terms. Using one of those products is governed by the policy published within that product, not by this page.

3. Information we collect

This website has no sign-up, no accounts, no payments, and no contact forms. We collect information in only two ways:

• Information you send us by email. If you write to softwizadmin@softwizcircle.com, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, business name, and the details of your enquiry.
• Standard server logs. This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Like any web host, it records technical request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. This is used for security and reliability, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies, does not use browser storage, and does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The only script on the site controls the navigation menu and the product filter.

5. How we use information

We use the information you email us solely to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo, provide support, and continue that business conversation. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — principally Microsoft Azure for hosting and our email provider for correspondence — and where we are required to by law.

7. Retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain a record of our business relationship, after which it is deleted. You may ask us to delete your correspondence sooner.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law — including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the GDPR where it applies — you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for further contact. Email softwizadmin@softwizcircle.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

9. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. External links

Our pages link to third-party sites such as YouTube and to our own product applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate; please review their policies separately.

12. Changes to this policy
